Job Title: Senior Social Media Strategist

Job Summary:

We're seeking a Senior Social Media Strategist to join our team. This role will involve building and maintaining cohesive social strategies across platforms to achieve high levels of user engagement. You'll oversee the day-to-day work of Social Media Managers, lead the development and execution of influencer campaigns, and review and guide original content before publishing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute social media strategies to engage key audiences and drive advocacy.
  • Manage the day-to-day work of Social Media Managers, including content planning and scheduling.
  • Lead the development and execution of influencer campaigns to promote brand awareness and create social buzz.
  • Review and guide original content before publishing, ensuring it meets brand standards.
  • Collaborate with the broader Levelwing team to present a unified front to clients, acting as a business partner.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a relevant field of study.
  • Five plus (5+) years of experience in an agency or working in-house for well-known brand(s).
  • Hands-on experience using social media to build brand awareness.
  • Experience with copy and content writing.
  • Experience with social tools, including but not limited to: Facebook Scheduling, Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Sprout, Grin, Mavrk, etc.
  • Experience identifying trends and insights in social platforms.
  • Experience with social analytics and reporting.
  • Community management experience a plus.
  • Social Influencer management experience a plus.
