Job Title: Lead Culture Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned HR leader to drive our Human Resources function and cultivate a positive, inclusive workplace culture. As a key member of our leadership team, the Lead Culture Strategist will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our organizational goals, enhance employee engagement, and support our overall success.

Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Leadership:

  • Design and execute human resources strategies that align with our business objectives.
  • Provide strategic guidance to senior leadership on people and culture matters.

Talent Acquisition and Management:

  • Oversee the talent acquisition process to ensure the recruitment and onboarding of top talent.
  • Develop and implement strategies for employee retention, talent development, and succession planning.

Employee Engagement:

  • Design and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and well-being.
  • Conduct regular surveys and assessments to gather employee feedback and measure engagement.

Culture and Diversity:

  • Foster an inclusive and positive workplace culture that reflects our organization's values.
  • Implement diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to create a diverse and welcoming workplace.

Performance Management:

  • Lead the performance management process, including goal setting, regular check-ins, and performance evaluations.
  • Implement performance improvement plans when necessary.

Learning and Development:

  • Develop and oversee learning and development programs that align with employee and organizational needs.
  • Support continuous learning and skills development.

Employee Relations:

  • Provide guidance on employee relations matters, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
  • Ensure fair and consistent application of HR policies and procedures.

HR Compliance:

  • Stay informed about employment laws and regulations and ensure HR practices are compliant.
  • Develop and update HR policies and procedures as needed.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Collaborate with the finance team to design and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs.
  • Conduct regular benchmarking to ensure market competitiveness.

Estimated salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
