About the Role

Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a dynamic Google Ads Marketing Strategist to lead the success and growth of our clients' Google Ads, YouTube, and PPC/Search channels. As a growth partner, you will own the strategy and decision-making behind our clients' Google ad accounts, collaborating on video creative CRO, offers, and funnel testing.

Key Responsibilities

Leverage Google Ads and digital growth strategies to drive customer acquisition and leads for our clients
Assist in managing and optimizing Google ad accounts
Conduct thorough data analysis to inform on and off-platform strategies
Set up and manage reports, with a preference for candidates experienced in Looker & Supermetrics
Engage in extensive market research, including analyzing customer reviews, surveys, and competitor strategies

Requirements

At least 1 year of experience managing multiple Google Ads accounts
Passion for marketing with an ambition to become a top-tier marketer
Strong writing skills and an understanding of basic copywriting principles
Experience in conversion setup, attribution, and tracking (UTMS, pixels, tags, and Conversion APIs)
Experience in Google Analytics and Google Merchant Center
