HR Operations Coordinator

Position Summary:- Support the overall management of the Human Resources department, ensuring precise employee records are maintained within the HRIS system.
- Assist in various HR functions including recruitment, employee benefits, staff relations, and training initiatives.
- Organize and analyze HR programs and procedures aimed at attracting, retaining, and motivating talent.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of employee records in the HRIS.
- Generate reports as required.
- Evaluate job applicants and facilitate the hiring process.
- Manage benefits enrollment and administration.
- Conduct orientations for new hires and support ongoing compliance with company standards.
- Preferred educational background includes an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related discipline.
- A minimum of one year of experience in human resources or a related field is required.
- Proficient in basic computer skills and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong communication abilities; bilingual skills are an advantage.
- Capable of working effectively under pressure while managing multiple tasks.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on meeting deadlines.
- Ability to perform occasional lifting and bending.
- Mobility is necessary for maintaining employee relations.
- Willingness to stand for extended periods during training sessions.
