Position Summary:
  • Support the overall management of the Human Resources department, ensuring precise employee records are maintained within the HRIS system.
  • Assist in various HR functions including recruitment, employee benefits, staff relations, and training initiatives.
  • Organize and analyze HR programs and procedures aimed at attracting, retaining, and motivating talent.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure accurate maintenance of employee records in the HRIS.
  • Generate reports as required.
  • Evaluate job applicants and facilitate the hiring process.
  • Manage benefits enrollment and administration.
  • Conduct orientations for new hires and support ongoing compliance with company standards.
Qualifications:
  • Preferred educational background includes an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related discipline.
Experience:
  • A minimum of one year of experience in human resources or a related field is required.
Skills and Knowledge:
  • Proficient in basic computer skills and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong communication abilities; bilingual skills are an advantage.
  • Capable of working effectively under pressure while managing multiple tasks.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on meeting deadlines.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to perform occasional lifting and bending.
  • Mobility is necessary for maintaining employee relations.
  • Willingness to stand for extended periods during training sessions.
