Position: Commercial Disaster Account Manager

Key Responsibilities of a Commercial Disaster Account Manager:

  • Uphold the principles of honesty and integrity that define Paul Davis.
  • Foster relationships with commercial clients and strengthen industry connections through strategic outreach and networking.
  • Identify potential clients by conducting thorough research and creating networking opportunities.
  • Plan and execute a consistent schedule of business-to-business engagements.
  • Build and maintain client loyalty by establishing trustworthy and positive relationships.
  • Monitor and respond to various lead sources effectively.
  • Establish and nurture positive community relationships.
  • Engage with commercial associations such as BOMA, IFMA, NCA, NPFMA.

  • Demonstrated ability to close sales while delivering high-quality customer service.
  • Skilled in building strong rapport with clients.
  • Capable of providing clarity and assurance to property owners during critical moments.
  • Self-driven and results-oriented.
  • Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills with adaptability.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and overtime as necessary.

Preferred Experience:

  • 1-3 years of experience in commercial sales.
  • Previous involvement with BOMA, IFMA, NPFMA is advantageous.

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to lift weights ranging from 5-40 lbs.
  • Involves significant standing, walking, pushing, and pulling.
  • Exposure to varying weather conditions, from mild to extreme temperatures.
  • Exposure to moderate to loud noise levels.
