Key Responsibilities of a Commercial Disaster Account Manager at Paul Davis:- Uphold the principles of honesty and integrity that define Paul Davis.
- Foster relationships with commercial clients and enhance industry partnerships through proactive outreach, organized events, and direct engagement.
- Identify potential clients by conducting research and creating networking opportunities.
- Maintain a structured calendar for regular business-to-business interactions.
- Build and sustain client loyalty by establishing positive and trustworthy relationships.
- Monitor and respond to various lead sources effectively.
- Develop and maintain strong connections within the local community.
- Engage with commercial associations such as BOMA, IFMA, NCA, NPFMA.
- Demonstrated ability to close sales and deliver high-quality customer service.
- Proficient in building strong client relationships.
- Capable of providing clear and reassuring communication during critical moments.
- Self-driven with a focus on achieving results.
- Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong planning and organizational abilities with adaptability.
- Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Valid driver's license.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and overtime as necessary.
- One to three years of experience in commercial sales.
- Previous involvement with BOMA, IFMA, NPFMA is advantageous.
- May require lifting weights between 5-40 lbs.
- Involves significant standing, walking, pushing, and pulling.
- Exposure to varying weather conditions, from mild to extreme temperatures.
- Potential exposure to moderate to loud noise levels.
