Key Responsibilities:

The Sales Account Executive will focus on driving sales growth and expanding market presence. This role is crucial for maintaining customer satisfaction and fostering relationships with both existing and prospective clients.

Core Duties Include:

  • Boosting sales of products and services within designated accounts and territories.
  • Identifying and cultivating new business opportunities and markets.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, including key stakeholders in Engineering, Purchasing, and Management.
  • Implementing effective sales strategies to achieve sustained growth.
  • Utilizing a structured sales process to prospect, qualify, propose solutions, and secure new business.
  • Keeping accurate records of customer interactions, including contacts, quotes, and project details.
  • Promoting Singer Industrial's products and solutions to both current and potential customers.
  • Ensuring timely follow-up on all account activities to maintain order accuracy and customer satisfaction.
  • Participating in training sessions and sales meetings to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

Qualifications:

  • Previous sales experience, preferably in an industrial setting.
  • Basic understanding of relevant products such as pressure washers and air compressors is advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel as needed, including overnight trips.
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proactive and responsible in managing tasks.
  • Self-motivated with the capability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Competence in overseeing the sales process from initial contact to follow-up.

Work Schedule:

Standard business hours, Monday through Friday.
