Key Responsibilities:

The Sales Account Executive will focus on driving sales and profit growth while expanding market reach. This role is essential for maintaining customer satisfaction and fostering relationships with both existing and prospective clients.

Primary Duties Include:

  • Boost sales of products and services within designated accounts and territories.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities and customer relationships.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients, including key stakeholders across various departments.
  • Implement effective sales strategies to achieve ongoing growth.
  • Utilize a structured sales process to identify prospects, qualify leads, present solutions, and secure new business.
  • Maintain and leverage essential tools such as sales pipelines and order tracking reports.
  • Recognize customer needs and advocate for Singer Industrial's products and services.
  • Ensure accurate order processing and timely follow-up to meet customer expectations.
  • Participate in training sessions and sales meetings to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions, quotes, and competitive insights.

Qualifications:

  • Previous sales experience, preferably in an industrial setting.
  • Basic understanding of relevant products such as pressure washers and fluid power systems is advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary, including overnight trips.
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to take initiative and manage responsibilities effectively.
  • Self-motivated with the capacity to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Proficient in managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the sales cycle from initial contact to follow-up.
