We are seeking a highly skilled Account Executive to join our team at DSN Group.


About the Role:


As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for presenting and selling our company's products and services to new and existing customers in the Chicagoland area.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Prospect and contact potential customers to identify new business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively managing sales pipelines and closing deals
  • Respond to customer inquiries and opportunities in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business growth

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related fields
  • Basic familiarity with computer systems and technology, including Google and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
  • Prior experience in education or a related field is a plus
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
