Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Executive to join our team at DSN Group.
About the Role:
As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for presenting and selling our company's products and services to new and existing customers in the Chicagoland area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and contact potential customers to identify new business opportunities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively managing sales pipelines and closing deals
- Respond to customer inquiries and opportunities in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business growth
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related fields
- Basic familiarity with computer systems and technology, including Google and Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Prior experience in education or a related field is a plus
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
