Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team at KPH Healthcare Services. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion in your assigned territory. Your primary goal will be to identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and expansion in your assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including hospitals, physicians, and home health agencies.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including analyzing client needs and developing tailored solutions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to leverage resources and expertise to service accounts.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of measured success and progressively more responsible or expansive sales experience in the healthcare industry.
  • Knowledge equivalent to that which would normally be acquired by completing a four-year college degree program in Marketing/Business Administration.
  • Valid driver's license and appropriate automobile insurance coverage per AristaCare's policy.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in sales and marketing in the healthcare industry.
  • Knowledge of insurance rules and regulations.
  • Basic computer aptitude with the ability to easily access and search the Internet.
