We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Representative to join our team at OakBend Medical Center. As a key member of our financial services team, you will be responsible for managing a portion of our Accounts Receivable, ensuring timely and accurate contractual adjustments, and providing exceptional customer service to our internal and external customers.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts to ensure timely and accurate payment
  • Utilize good judgment in charity and bad debt considerations
  • Pursue every avenue of payment available to maximize reimbursement
  • Provide exemplary customer service to internal and external customers
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of education
  • Previous medical experience preferred
  • Typing speed of 35 words per minute
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
