Responsibilities

  • Contact and engage with potential clients to understand their business needs and develop customized solutions.
  • Work closely with internal teams to create and pitch strategic ideas, communicate our value proposition, and drive new business development.
  • Grow existing accounts and manage all business aspects of the relationship.
  • Meet and exceed sales goals, attend meetings and training sessions, and continually learn new products and services.
  • Utilize our CRM tool and other platforms to perform daily business and effectively manage multiple accounts.
  • Clearly communicate and manage expectations internally and externally, while multi-tasking and handling multiple accounts at a time.
  • Build deep business relationships through delivering great service and results to clients.
  • Leverage attribution capabilities to provide smarter optimizations and improved ROI.

Qualifications

  • Possess a hunter mentality with cold calling/prospecting experience.
  • Have a proven ability to negotiate and close with a high level of success, and easily build relationships.
  • Consistently drive game-changing results, identify, develop, and present customized solutions to clients using non-traditional and digital concepts.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to command the room during presentations.
  • Able to multi-task with a high degree of time management and organizational skills.
  • Driven individuals who refuse to lose or compromise their level of success.
  • A winning attitude.
  • Working knowledge of Google Workspace, MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point) required.
  • A valid driver's license, satisfactory completion of a motor vehicle record check, and if applicant's own vehicle, proof of insurance is required.
