Business Development Representative

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our growing team. As a Business Development Representative, your primary responsibility will be to identify and engage with industry contacts, decision-makers, and potential clients. You will play a critical role in building our sales pipeline by documenting relevant information in our CRM, initiating outreach, and scheduling follow-up meetings. Responsibilities:
- Lead Identification: Research and identify potential clients, industry contacts, and decision-makers within target markets.
- CRM Management: Document all relevant information (contact details, company profiles, interactions) in our CRM system.
- Outreach: Initiate contact via email, phone calls, and social media to introduce our products/services and establish relationships.
- Qualification: Qualify leads based on their needs, budget, and timeline.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule follow-up meetings, product demos, and surveys with qualified leads.
- Pipeline Development: Ensure timely follow-ups and engagement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to align outreach efforts with overall sales goals.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and potential opportunities.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on lead generation activities and conversion rates.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in lead generation, sales development, or customer-facing roles.
- Previous experience with multifamily or investment management preferred.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Dynamics 365, Salesforce) and lead management tools.
- Tech-savvy with an understanding of software, SaaS, or technology solutions.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and meet deadlines.
