Job Summary

This is a staff position that provides administrative support to an executive. The role involves carrying out a variety of assignments of limited scope and non-repetitive nature. The work involves areas such as obtaining facts, conducting research, making evaluations and analyses, serving as a liaison between the supervisor and other officials, and representing the executive at meetings and conferences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out a wide range of assignments of limited scope and non-repetitive nature.
  • Obtain facts, conduct research, make evaluations and analyses, and serve as a liaison between the supervisor and other officials.
  • Represent the executive at meetings and conferences.
  • Provide administrative support to the executive.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university.
  • One year of professional administrative experience.
  • Experience as an administrative trainee in excess of six months may be substituted for the above experience on a month-for-month basis.
  • Any equivalent combination of acceptable training and experience.
