Executive Sales Director Position at JM Eagle

The Executive Sales Director plays a pivotal role in devising and executing the company's sales strategies to meet targets and objectives. This position involves leading a team of sales account managers while also actively contributing to generating revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit and onboard sales account managers to enhance the sales team's performance.
  • Identify training needs and provide coaching for performance improvement to ensure the sales team's growth.
  • Develop effective account strategies and territory plans to increase sales revenue.
  • Assist sales staff with pricing and closing deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Attend trade shows and lead sales meetings to foster business relationships.
  • Maintain product knowledge and monitor competitive activities to stay ahead in the market.
  • Travel for in-person meetings and relationship development to expand the company's network.
  • Handle customer inquiries and address complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned to contribute to the company's success.
Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of sales management experience is required.
