Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and driven individual to join our Customer Success team as a Client Success Specialist.


In this role, your primary focus will be to assist our clients in implementing and promoting the 9amHealth solution to their employees, members, and clients.

You will oversee the collaborative implementation strategy with clients in your assigned portfolio and provide sales assistance to client Sales and Account Management teams as needed.

Your responsibilities will include ensuring the long-term health and growth of your client portfolio.


Internally, you will collaborate closely with the Marketing, Care, and Product teams to deliver exceptional service and support to our clients and members.

You will advocate for the advantages of our comprehensive care solutions and emphasize our dedication to accessible and affordable healthcare.

Key Responsibilities


Manage a diverse portfolio of clients across health plans, pharmacy benefit managers, and employer sectors, serving as the primary contact for all client-related inquiries following contract execution.

Facilitate internal and external client meetings to ensure project timelines are met.
Address client escalations and relay their feedback, working in partnership with teams such as marketing, sales, product, and care.

Conduct quarterly business reviews with key stakeholders across accounts, during which you will present member engagement metrics, program outcomes, and proactive strategies to enhance KPIs.

Coordinate 9amHealth's responses during Sales cycles and maintain ongoing relationship management for RFIs and RFPs.
Develop and sustain long-term, strategic relationships with clients, including coordinating renewals, upselling, and expansion efforts. This includes achieving industry-leading customer satisfaction as measured by NPS and client referenceability.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 3-5 years of experience in the healthcare industry
- Strong project management capabilities, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks across various clients
- Experience managing both internal and external deliverables
- Professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience collaborating with remote teams
- Willingness to travel as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience with health plan clients
- Familiarity with G-suite, Hubspot, Asana, and Slack
- Experience in a startup environment
- Proficiency in Spanish
- Background in pharmacy, pharmaceutical, or diabetes care
