The Client Engagement Sales Specialist role at Catalyst Career Group is tasked with autonomously generating new business sales while managing a personal sales quota. This position also involves developing, testing, and refining our offerings specifically for client engagement. You will craft tailored, multi-channel digital strategies for prospective clients, ensuring they achieve and surpass their business and marketing objectives. Acting as a key liaison for the Client Engagement division, you will also help establish the internal framework necessary to eventually lead a comprehensive team.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Leverage AI technologies to optimize and enhance business operations
  • Conduct exploratory meetings with potential clients to evaluate their business and marketing strategy requirements
  • Utilize our proprietary analytics platform to create insightful business analyses and presentations for prospects
  • Identify and target ideal clients that align with our business model for long-term partnerships
  • Network consistently with new and existing clients, personal contacts, and business networks to expand referral partnerships
  • Collaborate with leadership to enhance the Client Engagement strategy and value proposition
  • Continuously refine and improve the client engagement assessment process

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales within the client engagement sector
  • Well-regarded in the industry with a robust professional network
  • Deep understanding of the digital marketing landscape, including measurement evolution and the impact of privacy and AI
  • Strategic thinker capable of engaging with all levels of management
  • Highly motivated independent professional
  • Ability to cultivate a strong social presence through content creation
  • Proficient in sourcing and prospecting leads independently
  • Confident and impactful presence at industry events and discussions
