Requirements
  • BA/BS or Equivalent Experience: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field, or equivalent experience in marketing.
  • Experience in Engagement Marketing: Proven experience in engagement marketing, with a focus on customer retention and growth.
  • Data-Driven and Analytical: Strong ability to interpret and identify insights through data, with experience in data analytics tools such as SQL and Tableau.
  • Customer-Centric Marketing: Passion for customer-centric marketing, with a track record of delivering results-driven marketing campaigns.
  • Knowledge of Customer Data Platforms: Experience working with customer data platforms (CDPs) and enterprise ESPs.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $123,200 - $245,500 annually, based on location and experience. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
