Position Summary:
As a vital member of the U.S. Client Marketing team, the Senior Client Engagement Marketing Manager will focus on enhancing client relationships by delivering tailored marketing services to a diverse clientele, including merchants, co-brand partners, and stakeholders within the payment ecosystem. This experienced professional will support clients at various stages of their engagement journey, collaborating closely with both external clients and internal teams to implement B2C and B2B marketing initiatives aimed at expanding client businesses and generating additional revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Account Executives and Client Marketing leadership to pinpoint business development opportunities for marketing services, delivering strategic insights and proposals that encompass project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Develop and refine scalable marketing service templates to enhance market responsiveness, ensuring consistency in deliverables that can be utilized by teams for seamless execution.
  • Analyze past projects to create standardized marketing materials, including the development of content in PowerPoint presentations.
  • Utilize a data-driven approach to marketing recommendations, employing data and industry research tools to convey marketing best practices and customer insights to clients.
  • Oversee the complete delivery of marketing projects, managing daily priorities across multiple initiatives, deliverables, and stakeholders.
  • Programs may incorporate proprietary consumer marketing platforms and sponsorship assets as appropriate.
  • Effectively manage the performance of third-party partners that may enhance creative, strategic, or market activities.
  • Engage with peers and leaders across various functional areas (analytics, technology, sales, product, and marketing) and regions to execute projects that leverage comprehensive client resources.
  • Exhibit innovation and creativity daily through effective problem-solving, proposing new ideas and solutions to enhance client engagements.
  • Address ad hoc requests from key stakeholders, including clients, senior leadership, finance, and audit teams.
  • Assist in budget forecasting and contract management.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent, accompanied by at least 10 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Over 10 years of marketing experience within the financial services sector, including direct response, performance marketing, advertising, and consulting.
  • Proven lifecycle marketing strategist with a successful history of identifying, designing, and leading lifecycle marketing advisory projects targeting consumers and/or small businesses.
  • Skilled in identifying, scoping, pitching, and advising clients on data-driven marketing strategies, including segmentation, targeting, messaging, multi-channel delivery, and reporting.
  • Self-driven, highly motivated, detail-oriented individual capable of delivering strategic insights, diagnosing key issues, and developing impactful scalable solutions.
  • Adept leader comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving business development for marketing services.
  • Proficient in collaborating cross-functionally to execute client engagements (consulting, marketing, decision science, product, legal, compliance, sales, creative).
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Desired Qualifications:

  • 10-15 years of professional experience, primarily in roles involving B2C and B2B product or payments marketing, go-to-market strategy development, market research, or payments consulting.
  • Expertise in designing, executing, and analyzing comprehensive multichannel marketing initiatives (acquisition marketing, lifecycle marketing, campaigns, digital/media campaigns, experiential marketing, etc.).
  • Ability to structure, manage, and coordinate complex projects across multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficient in building client relationships and establishing oneself as a subject-matter expert and leader with both internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Demonstrated strong analytical skills, comfortable translating data and insights into marketing strategies, campaigns, and annual plans.

Additional Information:
This role is not eligible for immigration sponsorship. The starting pay range for this position is $70/ph - $75/ph, with actual compensation dependent on various factors including relevant experience, skills, certifications, training, and location.
