About the Role

The Culinary Supervisor will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our food production and service teams. This individual will be responsible for coordinating, planning, and supervising the production, preparation, and presentation of food for our designated units.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure a sufficient inventory is maintained to meet daily needs, record deliveries, and address discrepancies.
  • Maintain proper handling of all food products and equipment to ensure food safety and kitchen standards are adhered to at all times.
  • Ensure cleanliness and high sanitation standards are maintained at all times.
  • Collaborate with staff to achieve high-quality food production and presentation.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of menu planning and food preparation strategies.
  • Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of culinary staff.
  • Work closely with the Aramark Executive Chef to ensure alignment with company standards and goals.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of post-high school education, preferably in a culinary field.
  • Advanced knowledge of food safety and sanitation principles.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to work event-based hours, including evenings and weekends.
