Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Culinary Leader to join our team at ClubCorp. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our members and guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution: Develop and implement menus that meet the needs and expectations of our members and guests.
  • Food Cost Control: Manage food costs and inventory to ensure profitability and efficiency.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and train a team of culinary staff to ensure excellent service and quality of food.
  • Quality Control: Maintain high standards of quality and presentation in all food and beverages served.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels and ordering to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and standards.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our members and guests.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Sous Chef or equivalent.
  • Certifications: Health Sanitation Card and Foodservice management certification as per state requirements.
