Job Overview

Technical Assent is seeking a seasoned Change Management Director to join our team. As a key member of our Federal government client's team, you will work collaboratively to research, prepare, and deliver high-quality solutions that drive business outcomes.

This is a remote opportunity with occasional travel to Washington, D.C. for meetings with customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in change management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement change management plans, communication strategies, and training programs to drive business outcomes.
  • Manage a team of change management professionals to ensure change initiatives are executed consistently and effectively.
  • Play a pivotal role in connecting diverse teams to ensure the successful attainment of goals and the management of intricate projects.
  • Lead the implementation of enhancement strategies and tools in process improvement and learning management, including course development projects.
  • Develop procedures, set standards, define priorities, and create work plans to drive business outcomes.
  • Create metrics and reporting mechanisms to measure change readiness and adoption.
  • Develop long-range objectives and strategic plans related to business process improvement and curriculum design.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business management, political science, policy, communications, or related discipline.
  • 8+ years of relevant, professional experience.
  • 4+ years of related management experience.
  • Curious and open-minded approach to work.
  • Thrive in a continuous Build-Measure-Learn cycle.
  • Engage with technology—with comfort and ease (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams, Monday, Slack, etc.).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of employee experience, customer experience, and/or service design.
  • Experience consulting or working for the Federal government.
