Job Title: Transformational Change Management Consultant

At JMW Consultants LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled Transformational Change Management Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading complex, high-impact projects related to people initiatives and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner and coach senior executives to drive strategic change and improvement
  • Facilitate and deliver workshop sessions for groups of up to 25 people or larger
  • Manage at least two engagements that were upwards of $750K
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Lead small teams of consultants applying our unique, proprietary methodology and tools

Requirements:

  • At least 6-10 years of industry experience in organizational transformation and change management
  • Strong delivery and platform skills
  • Commercially savvy and strong business skills
  • Demonstrated credibility at the client's C-Suite level
