Job Title: Configuration Change Management Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to provide advice on change control and release management activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing communication and change management information and materials to facilitate the selection, control, implementation, and evaluation of organizational initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a standard, integrated change management program
  • Provide advice on change control and release management activities
  • Develop communication and change management information and materials
  • Facilitate the selection, control, implementation, and evaluation of organizational initiatives
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Approximately 6 years of experience in the field or in a related area
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Friendly and personable with excellent telephone etiquette
  • Ability to lift/move up to 20 pounds
