Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Organizational Change Management Specialist to join our team at Serry Systems. The ideal candidate will have experience in organizational design, change management, and workforce readiness analysis.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting organizational readiness activities for new system implementation projects
  • Providing subject matter advisory around workforce planning and human capital strategies
  • Assisting in organizational design and position realignment
  • Developing executive briefings and updating position descriptions and employee performance plans
  • Organizing and facilitating meetings and workshops to drive decisions and document the decisions for implementation
  • Preparing end users and leaders for operational impacts and changes to positions, communicating changes across varying audiences
  • Conducting business realignment and workload analysis

Required skills include:

  • Undergraduate degree in a related field
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant human capital or workforce planning experience in the federal management consulting field
  • Big 4 consulting experience is preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a genuine desire to learn
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain a government clearance
