Business Growth Specialist

We are seeking a Business Growth Specialist to join our team at TÜV SÜD America. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to expand our customer base and orders inline with assigned targets.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in compliance services, with a proven track record of success in sales and negotiation. A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education is preferred. If you are passionate about driving business growth and have excellent communication and presentation skills, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to expand our customer base and orders inline with assigned targets
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and research
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts
• Present products and services to prospective clients and negotiate agreements

Requirements:
• 3-5 years of experience in compliance services
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
