Business Growth Specialist

We are looking for a Business Growth Specialist to join our team at Optopax. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving growth and expanding our client base in the optics industry.
The ideal candidate will have 5-7+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management within optics, photonics, or high-tech sector. They will be responsible for leading sales initiatives to meet revenue targets, identifying and prioritizing high-value opportunities, and managing the full sales cycle from initial prospect to deal closure.
The salary range for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer commission and bonus opportunities, as well as a collaborative and supportive work culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead sales initiatives to meet revenue targets - including pricing strategy development, sales forecasting, and budget planning
- Identify and prioritize high-value opportunities, managing the full sales cycle from initial prospect to deal closure
- Build and maintain relationships with major clients while developing a robust pipeline of qualified prospects
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Optics, Physics, or related field; advanced degree (MBA, MSc) preferred
- 5-7+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management within optics, photonics, or high-tech sector
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a technical environment
