Job Summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Manager to join our Neurovascular division. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and customer satisfaction in a designated territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including physicians, hospitals, and other healthcare professionals
  • Provide product training and support to customers, including in-services and product introductions
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify business opportunities and trends
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • 5+ years of clinical sales experience in the medical device industry
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Strong understanding of the neurovascular market and products
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
