Job Description:

Stryker is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our Neurovascular division. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and customer satisfaction in a designated territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Plan and implement tactical and strategic sales plans to meet established goals and objectives.
  • Build and Maintain Customer Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, including physicians, hospitals, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Market Analysis and Competitive Intelligence: Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, and other relevant data.
  • Product Launch and Training: Implement and execute product launch strategies, including product introductions and in-services for customers.
  • Lead Generation and Follow-up: Identify and pursue new sales leads, and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify new business opportunities.
  • Customer Complaint Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Market Development and Education: Support market development efforts to increase the number of patients available to receive our treatment, and participate in the development of education programs for physicians and other health professionals.
  • Trade Shows and Professional Society Meetings: Participate in professional society meetings and trade shows to promote Stryker's products and build relationships with customers and industry professionals.
  • Clinical Trials and Research: Support activities related to driving enrollment in our Clinical Trials, and maintain and increase professional and technical knowledge by on-the-job training, attending educational workshops, and reviewing professional publications.
  • Inventory Management and Quality Assurance: Responsible for the storage, handling, and traceability of rep stock inventory, and ensure compliance with quality system procedures.
Requirements:
  • 5+ Years of Clinical Sales Experience: Proven track record of success in clinical sales, with a strong understanding of the medical device industry and its regulatory environment.
  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or life sciences.
