Role Objective:

The District Sales Manager is tasked with the leadership, oversight, and profitability of a designated sales district within TPH Holdings LLC. This role is crucial for consistently meeting district sales targets through effective direction, organization, coordination, communication, and development of sales professionals. This position may require travel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and analyze new and existing market opportunities; devise strategies and formulate plans to penetrate or enhance these markets.
  • Lead customer service management efforts to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in the creation of impactful sales incentive programs.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide necessary sales reports.
  • Boost sales volume through direct sales initiatives and support for outside sales teams.
  • Encourage a collaborative sales approach between inside and outside sales personnel.
  • Identify and cultivate new customer relationships; track and qualify potential projects.
  • Ensure sales and productivity objectives are achieved.
  • Participate in the recruitment process to select high-quality representatives.
  • Demonstrate ongoing effectiveness in coaching staff to embody TPH Holdings LLC's value proposition.
  • Meet or exceed established sales targets.
  • Understand, adhere to, and enforce relevant corporate and regulatory policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with store and operations personnel to enhance customer service and resolve issues.
  • Build strong, cooperative relationships with peer leaders and senior executives.
Qualifications:
  • Preferred: 4-year degree, though not mandatory.
  • Preferred: Knowledge of the auto parts or automotive industry.
  • Strong communication and influencing abilities.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in direct sales or operations management in a B2B environment.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Physical and Environmental Requirements:

This role involves driving with frequent stops and utilizing a tablet for reporting. A clean driving record is essential. Occasionally, the role may require lifting items weighing 30 lbs or more.
