Supervisory Role

This position encompasses the management of all departmental employees, with responsibilities for performance evaluations and hiring within the team.

Work Environment

The role is primarily office-based, with visits to various operational sites that may include condominium high-rises and homeowner associations. The work environment may be subject to moderate to loud noise levels and construction activities.

Physical Requirements

To fulfill the duties of this position, the employee must be able to communicate effectively, stand, walk, and utilize hands for various tasks. The role may require lifting objects up to 25 lbs and conducting walkthroughs of properties to ensure compliance with company standards.

Position Type

This is a full-time, exempt position. Flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends, may be necessary based on business needs.

Qualifications
  • A strong managerial background with a minimum of four years in Community Association Management, along with a CAI designation of CMCA or higher to be obtained within the first year of employment.
  • Ability to comprehend and interpret complex technical documents, financial statements, and regulations.
  • Proficiency in modern technologies, including Microsoft Office, with a willingness to learn specific software applications.
  • Availability to respond to emergency situations promptly and effectively.
