The Sales Administration Associate will report directly to the Sales Director and collaborate closely with the Sales & Marketing department. Essential Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in the primary language(s) utilized in the workplace.

  • Expertise in Word and Excel is required.
  • Ability to sit for extended periods.
  • Occasional lifting of up to 10 pounds.

  • Capacity to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Director to meet budgeted revenue and expense targets.
  • Knowledge of group segments, including SMERF, sports, FIT, and leisure.
  • Conduct outside sales calls and solicitations to secure business.
  • Coordinate group bookings and meetings.
  • Assist the Sales Director with various administrative functions.
  • Ensure prompt response to inquiry calls and manage the efficient flow of paperwork related to client function details.
  • Attract new and repeat business for guest rooms and events.
  • Maintain relationships with key accounts and conventions.
  • Represent the hotel at community and industry events.
  • Support marketing campaigns through mailings and internet research.

Minimum Requirements:

A successful Sales Administration Associate will possess a professional demeanor, a friendly and engaging personality, and the ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds. Clear and professional communication is essential. Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred. Additional reasonable duties may be assigned by supervisors as needed.
