Position Overview:
We are seeking a Registered Nurse - Regional Support to provide nursing services across our North Texas region. This is a permanent, full-time role that involves supporting our branches for periods typically ranging from 13 to 26 weeks. The position reports to the AVP of Operations and entails temporary assignments in branches experiencing staffing shortages or increased patient census.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct patient care services to hospice patients and offer support to their families.
  • Oversee an interdisciplinary team, including Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses and Certified Nursing Assistants, to enhance the quality of hospice care.
  • Manage and maintain all clinical records for assigned patients.

Candidate Qualifications:

  • Current Registered Nurse license in the state of employment.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in oncology, long-term care, hospice, or home health settings. Relevant school internships and clinical hours may be considered.
  • Demonstrated compassion, kindness, and empathy towards patients and their families.
