Millenia Hospice is an emerging hospice provider in the DFW region, seeking part-time Registered Nurses to enhance our dedicated team. Candidates must possess reliable transportation. We offer competitive compensation and a supportive team atmosphere.
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Monitor and respond to changes in patient conditions
- Collaborate with physicians and the care team to ensure optimal patient care
- Provide education to patients and their families
- Maintain precise and up-to-date patient medical records
- Prior experience in hospice care is preferred but not mandatory
- Strong ability to establish rapport with patients and referral sources
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Capability to excel in a dynamic work environment
Available as Full-time or Part-time positions.
Compensation:Payment structure: $100.00 per visit.
Work Schedule:- Flexible scheduling options available
- Minimum of 1 year in nursing preferred
- BLS Certification preferred
- Registered Nurse (RN) license required
