Position Overview:
We are seeking a Registered Nurse - Regional Support to deliver nursing services across our North Texas market. This is a permanent, full-time role that typically involves supporting our branches for a duration of 13-26 weeks. The position reports to the AVP of Operations and entails temporary assignments in branches experiencing staffing shortages, increased patient census, or other staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct patient care services to hospice patients while providing essential support to their families.
  • Oversee an interdisciplinary team that includes Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, and support personnel to enhance the quality of hospice care.
  • Manage all clinical records for assigned patients.

Candidate Profile:

  • Must possess a current nursing license in the state of employment.
  • A minimum of one (1) year of experience in oncology, long-term care, hospice, or home health is required. Relevant school internships and clinical hours may be considered in certain cases.
  • Demonstrates compassion, kindness, and empathy towards patients and their families.
