Job Summary
We are seeking an Event Logistics Coordinator to join our team. This role will be responsible for setting up and breaking down banquet functions and meeting rooms. If you have prior experience in banquet setup and maintenance, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review all banquet function sheets and set up each function room according to instructions
- Ensure that all required items are provided according to instructions
- Sign out necessary keys from a key lock box at the beginning of the shift and return keys at the end of the shift
- Maintain cleanliness of banquet function spaces
- Continually maintain communication with the guest contact person for needed items
- Inform supervisor of guest complaints or compliments
- Break down all equipment at the end of the function and return it to the necessary storage location
Qualifications:
- Prior banquet experience
- Prior banquet set-up experience
Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary of $40,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
