Corporate Event Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Corporate Event Coordinator to join our team at Percepta House in New York, NY. This is a Full-Time position that requires excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask.
Job OverviewThe successful candidate will work closely with our event planning team to ensure smooth operations before, during, and after corporate meetings, conferences, trade shows, weddings, and social events.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the planning and organization of events, including venue booking, transportation, catering, equipment setup, and technical requirements.
- Coordinate event logistics such as signage, programs, and attendee lists.
- Communicate with vendors, clients, and participants to ensure event requirements are met.
- Prepare event materials, track event budgets, and assist in managing expenses.
- Set up and break down event spaces, including décor, seating arrangements, and equipment.
- Provide on-site support during events, ensuring that everything runs smoothly.
- A minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
