Job Description

Our client, a leading provider of innovative food packaging solutions, is seeking a dynamic National Account Manager for the Central/Eastern region of the U.S.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background with large national food processors, large grocery chains, retail and convenience stores in the Paper and Disposables Industry and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key Foodservice National Accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Create and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and challenges within the disposable products sector
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align efforts and meet customer needs
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, performance reports, and account plans to senior management
  • Lead negotiations with national account clients, ensuring favorable terms while maintaining profitability
  • Provide product training and support to clients to enhance product understanding and usage

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in the Food and Beverage Industry, particularly in the Paper, Disposables and Packaging Industry
  • 7+ years of experience in foodservice, industrial, and retail account management sales, in the Paper and Disposables space
  • Bachelor's Degree preferably in Business and Marketing or related field
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing strong client relationships
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a deep understanding of the food packaging market
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to travel up to 50%
  • Remote position, however, candidate must live in the Central/Eastern region of the U.S. close to a major airport

Salary Range: $130,000.00-$160,000.00
