Job Title: National Account Manager

At Congo Brands, we are seeking a highly skilled National Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving the strategy and initiatives set by our leadership team within assigned National Accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute short and long-term strategies to drive sales growth and market share within assigned National Accounts.
  • Manage and sell the Congo Brands portfolio within these accounts, ensuring alignment with company objectives and targets.
  • Influence execution of programs via decision makers within chains, securing pricing and promotional programs that align with company guidance.
  • Communicate regularly and work effectively with all internal and external stakeholders to achieve sales goals and objectives.
  • Other duties as assigned by the VP of Sales.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5+ years' experience working in a key account management position within a fast-paced and highly competitive business environment.
  • Proven track record in establishing strong and long-term customer relationships, with a focus on retaining high-value relationships.
  • High proficiency in MS Office tools, with the ability to create visually and verbally engaging reports and presentations for clients and key stakeholders.
  • Ability to demonstrate an understanding of standard sales analyses and extract useful insights from raw data and information.
  • Customer-oriented, patient, result-focused, and self-motivated, with a strong ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
