Key Responsibilities:

  • Employ consultative sales strategies to identify and initiate new business opportunities.
  • Assist in the onboarding of new clients, including finalizing sales and managing service transactions.
  • Recognize and act on cross-selling opportunities for the Lead Sales Representative.
  • Collaborate on and implement a marketing strategy alongside the Lead Sales Representative.
  • Identify potential mass marketing prospects through existing client relationships and community outreach.
  • Aim to achieve monthly targets for new business sales.
  • Conduct follow-ups on new policies to maintain high retention rates and maximize cross-selling chances.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Serve as the primary contact for addressing customer inquiries regarding policy establishment and account status.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Capability to manage common objections and educate clients in a consultative approach.
  • Demonstrated self-motivation and eagerness to grow within a professional sales environment.
  • Strong business acumen, confidence, and professional presence.
  • Collaborative team player open to new ideas.
  • Relevant sales experience, particularly in a SaaS or technology setting, is advantageous.
