Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and establish contact with potential customers to understand their business needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Attend industry trade shows and events to identify potential sales leads and make meaningful connections with existing customers.
  • Focus sales efforts by analyzing existing and potential volume of current and potential customers.
  • Keep management informed by submitting regular activity and results reports.
  • Monitor industry trends to identify new opportunities for potential sales.
  • Recommend marketing strategies to target specific regions or demographics.
  • Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, and preparing reports.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, and participating in professional societies.
Requirements
  • 2-year degree in a related discipline, preferably 4-yr.
  • 2-5 years relevant sales experience, preferably in industrial products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
