Position Overview:

The Vice President of Operational Finance will report directly to the Senior Vice President of Finance, providing essential financial guidance for the designated Product Category. This role encompasses leading the global team of Site Finance Leaders and evaluating manufacturing performance to uncover potential growth avenues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and quality standards
  • Provide financial leadership for manufacturing operations within the Product Category
  • Establish and nurture relationships with critical stakeholders
  • Assess performance metrics and deliver insights for ongoing enhancement
  • Effectively communicate with executive leadership
  • Guide the site finance team in achieving budgetary goals
  • Mentor and develop team members

Qualifications:

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Economics
  • MBA or an advanced degree is advantageous

Professional Experience:

  • 7-10 years of relevant experience in finance
  • 3-5 years of experience in team leadership roles
  • Background in manufacturing with oversight of multiple facilities
  • Experience with lean manufacturing practices is preferred

Skills and Knowledge:

Technical Proficiency:

  • Expertise in ERP systems and GAAP accounting principles

Core Competencies:

  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in financial modeling
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools
  • Capability to collaborate effectively across various functions
  • Willingness to travel up to 10-15% as necessary
