Job Title: Front Desk Agent Flexible

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at the Astor Crowne Plaza New Orleans. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for all visitors.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests with a warm and welcoming smile, and provide assistance with check-in and check-out processes.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process payments and handle cash, credit card transactions, and other forms of payment.
  • Manage guest room assignments and ensure that all rooms are clean and ready for occupancy.
  • Provide information and recommendations on local attractions, restaurants, and other services.
  • Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure that all guest needs are met.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
  • Previous hotel experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit card transactions.
