At Westin New Orleans, we are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team.
Job Summary:The Front Desk Agent is responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience during their stay. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Answer guest inquiries regarding hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
- Process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately.
- Manage guest room assignments, key cards, and other related tasks.
- Handle guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest service.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a hotel or customer service role preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of hotel software systems.
