Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at Bourbon New Orleans. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, registering guests, and ensuring a seamless stay experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Register guests and process check-ins and check-outs in a friendly and efficient manner
  • Provide accurate and timely information to guests regarding hotel services, facilities, and hours of operation
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Operate the front desk computer system and maintain accurate records
  • Assist with package delivery, mail, and messages as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned to ensure the smooth operation of the front desk
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in a related field is a plus
  • Previous experience in a hotel or related field is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
