Your Role in Our Operations:

As the Office Coordinator and Scheduler, you will expertly manage multiple tasks, ensuring the effective coordination of schedules, client needs, and caregiver assignments. Your keen attention to detail will foster an environment where our clients feel valued and our caregivers can thrive.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Creating and managing schedules for clients and caregivers, optimizing efficiency and minimizing conflicts.

  • Maintaining accurate records, tracking attendance, and assisting with payroll processing.
