Your Role in Our Organization:
As the Bilingual Office Coordinator and Scheduler, you will expertly manage schedules, client needs, and caregiver assignments. Your keen attention to detail will foster an environment where our clients feel valued and our caregivers can excel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee client and caregiver schedules, maximizing efficiency and minimizing conflicts.
- Act as a liaison between clients, caregivers, and families, fostering strong relationships and addressing any concerns.
- Maintain precise records, track attendance, and assist with payroll processing.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure effective communication and outstanding service delivery.
- Support office administration tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications We Seek:
- A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in office administration, scheduling, or a related field within the home care industry.
