Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and goal-focused individual to join our team as an Assistant Property Manager. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in managing day-to-day property operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Property Operations: Work independently to manage daily property operations, including preparing for opening, conducting property walks, and ensuring the cleanliness and appearance of the property.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to customers, including answering inquiries, assisting with storage needs, processing rental agreements, and addressing any concerns or issues raised by customers.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Maximize sales objectives through unit rentals, unit insurance, and moving supplies, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Financial Management: Process payments, issue receipts, and manage delinquent accounts, including collection efforts, while maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Compliance and Safety: Enforce company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with a focus on safety and maximizing units available for rent.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in customer service, sales, or property management preferred.
  • Skills and Abilities: Ability to work independently, excellent communication and customer service skills, basic computer knowledge, and ability to multitask.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to conduct property walks, spend time outdoors, and lift/move items weighing up to 35 pounds.
