Commercial Property Manager Assistant

Are you looking for a dynamic role with flexible working hours? We're seeking a Property Manager to join our team at Florida ROI Commercial Property Brokerage. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for overseeing facility maintenance and repair, managing tenant relations and collections, and overseeing project management and daily operations of buildings. You'll also maintain all necessary files, execute routine inspections, and follow up on maintenance programs. Plus, you'll be eligible for bonuses when you refer new property management assignments. Responsibilities:
- Assist with oversight of facility maintenance and repair
- Manage tenant relations and tenant collections
- Oversee project management and daily operations of buildings
- Maintain all necessary files and execute routine inspections
- Follow up on maintenance programs and recommend issuance of work orders
- Review vendor experience and requirements to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, regulations, and contractual obligations
- Assist in formal reporting to property owners on the state of their properties
- Coordinate move-ins and move-outs
Bookkeeping Qualifications:
- Ability to maintain accurate records
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites
- Competency in business writing
- Calm and even-handed demeanor
- Good transportation and willingness to visit properties throughout the Tampa Bay Area
- Understanding of preventive maintenance programs Prefer at least one year of property management experience (residential or commercial) or at least two of the following:
- Collections
- Building mechanical or construction trade experience
- Commercial insurance
- Building and zoning codes
- Bookkeeping
- Commercial real estate
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred Compensation: $20 - $23 hourly
- Assist with oversight of facility maintenance and repair
