Business Development Representative

As a key member of the Dan Anderson - State Farm Agent team, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and customer satisfaction. Your primary responsibility will be to establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities- Client Acquisition and Retention: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions.
- Product and Service Promotion: Proactively market relevant products and services to clients, ensuring they are aware of the benefits and value proposition.
- Communication and Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients. Proficiency in marketing and sales principles, with a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences.
